Juniper Summer – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Juniper Summer, every piece is printed just for you when you order. That means we don’t keep inventory on shelves, and we don’t usually take items back once they’ve been made. But if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll make it right. 🌲
If you ever have an issue, email us at support@junipersummer.net with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@junipersummer.net
Made-to-order items
All Juniper Summer products are made to order.
Because of this:

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size or color

Change of mind

General wear & tear after use

Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order.
Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives with an issue, we’ve got you:
We’ll happily replace or refund your order if:

The item is damaged in transit

The print is misaligned, faded, or faulty

You received the wrong item, color, or size compared to your order
What we need from you:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number

Attach clear photos of:

The full item
-
The specific issue (print, damage, etc.)

The packaging/shipping label (if damaged in transit)

👉 Please do not send anything back unless we specifically ask you to.
Most of the time, we’ll resolve the issue with a refund or a free replacement and you can keep, donate, or recycle the original item.
Order changes & cancellations
We start processing orders quickly so they can ship as soon as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at
support@junipersummer.net within 5 hours of placing it. -
After production has started, we’re usually unable to change or cancel the order.
If we can catch it in time, we absolutely will.
Non-refundable items
The following items are non-refundable:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your order:

Double-check with neighbors/household members and your mailbox or parcel locker.

If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@junipersummer.net within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If the carrier confirms it was misdelivered or lost in transit, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, case by case.
If your package is stuck in transit (no movement for many days), reach out and we’ll help investigate.
