About our shop

Juniper Summer is a small artist-run shop based in Texas, USA. Our products are printed on demand when you order, using trusted third-party print partners.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Juniper Summer. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or site visitor.

Online store terms

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to purchase from this site.

  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You may not attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse the site or its services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (for example, suspected fraud or abusive behavior).

Product information & colors

We do our best to show our designs and garment colors accurately, but:

  • Colors may look slightly different on various screens.

  • Because our products are printed on demand, minor variations in print placement, color, or sizing can occur from one item to another.

These small variations are normal for print-on-demand and do not qualify as defects.

Prices, payment & promotions

  • All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

  • Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown (Shop Pay, credit/debit card, etc.).

  • Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied after an order is placed.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

  • Most orders are produced and shipped within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office, then contact us.

Returns, refunds & order issues

Because our items are printed on demand just for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

However, if there is a problem with your order, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design

We may ask for photos so we can investigate with our print partner. When an issue is confirmed, we’ll typically offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

EU / UK customers

If and when we begin shipping to the EU or UK, we will update our policies to reflect applicable consumer protection laws (including cooling-off/withdrawal rights where required).

Until then, our products are sold and shipped primarily to customers in the United States, under U.S. law.

Intellectual property

  • All artwork, designs, text, logos, and images on junipersummer.net are the intellectual property of Juniper Summer or used with permission.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant any rights to reproduce or resell the artwork or design.

Third-party services

We use third-party services (such as Shopify, payment processors, and print providers) to run our store. Your use of those services may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state, unless local law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. By continuing to use the site or place orders after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
