Thank you for wandering with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Juniper Summer are processed and delivered.

1. Where we ship
Right now, we ship to addresses within the United States (including most APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow).
We hope to add international destinations (including the EU and UK) in the future. When we do, this policy will be updated.
2. Order processing & production time
Our products are printed on demand when you order.

Most orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days.

Production and printing typically take 5-10 business days, depending on the product and time of year.

During busy seasons (holidays, big sales), production and shipping times may be longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Shipping options & rates (U.S.)
Current U.S. rates:

Standard shipping (orders under $50): $4.75

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts)
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These estimates begin after production time and are provided by the carrier; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Tracking your order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If your tracking seems stuck or you have questions, please contact us at support@junipersummer.net with your order number.
5. Address issues & returned packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can’t always change an address once an order is in production or shipped, but we’ll do our best.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
6. Lost, delayed or stolen packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’re not able to guarantee replacement for stolen packages, but we want to help:

First, check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

If you still can’t locate the package after a few days, email us at support@junipersummer.net and include your order number and tracking link.
For packages lost in transit (never marked delivered), we’ll work with our print partner and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Customs, duties & taxes (for future international orders)
For now, we only ship within the U.S., so customs and import duties do not apply.
If we begin shipping internationally, any applicable duties, VAT, or import taxes will generally be the responsibility of the customer, and we’ll update this policy with details for the EU, UK, and other regions.
8. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site and placement of orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
